When practicing under the confines of medical insurance, time with patients is limited, treatment options are restricted, and you suffer! And to top if off, insurance likely does not pay for what you need. Most insurance plans do not pay for weight loss medications, unless you fall into a narrow category. Insurance does not pay for female hormone replacement or TRT, except for a few exceptional circumstances.

By providing self-pay services, you and Jackie get to decide what is right for you, not the insurance company and big pharma!
